10 Best Bagless Wet And Dry Vacuum Cleaner 2026 in the United States

The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Wet Dry Vac is a versatile option for those looking to clean a variety of surfaces. Its standout feature is the all-in-one cleaning capability, allowing you to vacuum, wash, and steam simultaneously. This can save time and reduce the need for multiple cleaning devices. The HydroSteam technology enhances cleaning efficiency, particularly on tough, sticky messes. Additionally, the Tangle-Free technology is a boon for pet owners, as it prevents hair from wrapping around the brush roll, making maintenance easier.

The self-cleaning mode and two-tank system further simplify upkeep by ensuring fresh and dirty water are kept separate, which is a thoughtful design for hygiene and convenience. The vacuum handles various surfaces, including tiles, sealed wood floors, and even area rugs, thanks to the steam functionality. However, it is not portable and is relatively heavy at 12.5 pounds, which might be a concern for some users. The noise level is moderate at 76 dB, which is acceptable but not the quietest.

It is also a corded model, so you will need to manage the cord during use. The tank capacity of 28 fluid ounces is decent, but might require frequent refilling for extensive cleaning tasks. The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam is well-suited for users needing a comprehensive cleaning tool that can handle both wet and dry messes across multiple surfaces, especially in households with pets.

The BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro is a versatile wet and dry vacuum cleaner designed for homes with pets. One of its standout features is the ability to vacuum and wash floors simultaneously, which makes cleaning up pet messes quick and efficient. It supports a variety of surfaces including tile, sealed wood floors, laminate, and area rugs, which is excellent for multi-surface homes.

The cleaner comes equipped with a tangle-free brush roll and a pet hair strainer to reduce hair wrapping and sink clogging. The two-tank technology ensures that clean water is kept separate from dirty water and debris, enhancing the cleaning performance by always using fresh solution. Additionally, it includes helpful accessories like two tangle-free brush rolls and sample formulas with Febreze freshness, and a rinse & clean out storage tray to maintain the machine easily.

However, the vacuum does not have an automatic cord rewind feature, and the cord length is 25 feet, which might limit its range of movement in larger spaces. With a weight of 11 pounds, it is fairly portable and manageable but could be cumbersome for some users. The tank capacities are 28 oz for clean water and 14.5 oz for dirt, which may require frequent refilling and emptying during extended cleaning sessions. While the vacuum has a decent noise level, it might still be a bit loud for some users. The BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro is an excellent choice for pet owners looking for a robust cleaning solution.

The Bissell Crosswave Turbo Vacuum Mop offers a unique combination of vacuuming and mopping, making it an excellent choice for those looking to clean multiple types of surfaces, such as tile, sealed wood, and area rugs. One of its standout features is the two-tank system, which efficiently separates clean and dirty water, ensuring a more effective cleaning process. The antimicrobial treated FreshStart filter helps reduce odors, making it ideal for households with pets. This vacuum is specifically designed to aid Bissell's initiative in supporting homeless pets, which might appeal to pet lovers.

Although the suction power isn't explicitly mentioned, the ability to vacuum and wash simultaneously hints at a robust performance for typical household needs. However, the 420-milliliter tank capacity might require frequent refills, especially when cleaning larger areas. While its weight of 15.52 pounds is on the heavier side, it remains portable, though some users may find it cumbersome over prolonged cleaning sessions.

Moreover, the vacuum is not cordless, which might limit mobility compared to cordless options, but ensures continuous power without worrying about battery life. The included accessory kit can enhance its functionality, although the lack of additional detailed attachments could be a consideration for someone seeking a highly versatile cleaning tool. Its noise level isn't specified, but given its multi-functionality, it may produce more noise than standard vacuums. With an average customer rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars based on over 26,000 reviews, it's generally well-received. This Bissell product is best suited for those needing an efficient way to clean both wet and dry messes across different surface types, particularly in pet-friendly households.
